Real Estate Note Hub

I went to yahoo real estate site to list a home for sale. I had to first create a Yahoo e-mail address which I did.
I then went through the questions on the estate site and paid by credit card. I received confirmation on the Yahoo e-mail address but the ad was never posted. I tried reaching the e-mail address given for assistance on the confirmation e-mail . They all bounced back.

I tried contacting yahoo.com and it bounced back.

What should I do next?

This has been a problem for a while. Yahoo has a great realty site but there isn’t much support if you have a problem.

866-562-7219 is the number for Customer Care. That number is only for paid services but you paid so you can use it. They will fix the problem.

One of the last ways you can fight foreclosure is to make them produce the note. In many cases the note is sitting in a warehouse somewhere and nobody knows or cares where it is.

Rhode Island Attorney George Babcock is finding success using the “Produce the Note” strategy to fight foreclosure for his clients. Mr. Babcock has used the bank’s failure to properly produce documents to get a temporary restraining order to stop the foreclosure process. When it came time for a hearing before the judge, the banks decided to walk away.
