In this NASA video segment learn how to calculate the force, energy, motion and work of an object. Find out how these properties compare with one other. Color animation is used to demonstrate how to calculate each property using proper units of measurement. This video segment also explains the difference between potential and kinetic energy as well as how to calculate gravitational potential energy.
